Volunteer With Us

At Sinthanai Foundation we have included Spoken English as part of our intellectual development programmes conducted at our Free Education Centre. Apart from classroom training in Spoken English, we have designed an interactive session for the students using social media.

This will provide the students an opportunity to speak in English which is deprived of them currently due to non-exposure to the English-speaking world. In order for us to run this session we are setting up a panel of participants from around the world who are willing to spend some time on a voluntary basis.

Considering the private life of each individual who would be participating in this programme we have decided to run this session only once a week. Each session will last for about an hour to hour and half.

As explained above, currently we use Google Meet as the platform for this exercise. Please note that we intend to make these sessions as video call sessions, however the volunteers may choose not to use the videos if they prefer for privacy reasons.

The above programme will not only help the under privileged beneficiaries, but also provides a platform to those who are with a heart to reach out to the others but restricted due to various commitments.
